Application Form
Welcome and thank you for considering Warehouse 7 Lofts for your next home. We look forward to meeting you.
Please click the application link at the bottom of this page to print and fill out the application. After all parties over 18 years of age have completed and signed the applications, please submit the following items for EACH applicant:
- A check or money order for the $50 application fee
- A current copy of their valid REAL ID identification (Driver License or Passport)
- A copy of their Social Security Card
- A copy of their most recent pay stubs showing income for at least the last six months of pay
- A copy of their most recently filed tax return filed
After receipt of an application and fees, we will process and notify the applicant of the results - usually within a two business days. At this point the applicant can schedule an appointment to reserve the unit. Units will be reserved with an approved application, a security deposit and a signed lease.
The purpose of this application is to verify the applicants' prior rental behavior and ability to pay. In some cases, larger deposits, pre-paid rent or a co-signor will be required if a potential tenant does not have sufficient income to qualify.
